About Me
Tech enthusiast with a knack for innovation and a heart for making space for accessibility for all. Engineering, management, and UX expertise merged with a passion for accessible processes.
What I Do
I check projects to find and fix accessibility problems and teach the team as we work. This helps us make changes now to avoid tech problems later and make things better for everyone using our stuff. I also make sure everyone knows about accessibility and feels comfortable asking questions in our organization. When people understand why accessibility is important, it's easier for everyone to support it.
Most companies follow a way of designing products called the "4 or 5 D's of design." When I check how accessible something is, I use a similar process to this way of designing things.
It's really important to make sure things are steady, work well, and stay the same when we're trying to make things easier for everyone in a big group, not just one team.
